The house was built in the early 1900s and the rooms are placed on three floors. The owner has recently decorated throughout, furnished and improved the property. The entrance leads to the dining room, downstairs lounge with smart TV and sofa bed, kitchen and rear yard. On the next floor is a large bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and wash basin, a double bedroom and large lounge with smart TV. On the top floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, a single bedroom, family bedroom with double bed and two single beds, bedroom with double bed and fold-up single bed. At the rear of the property is a terrace with tables and chairs.
David is keen to provide a holiday home that guests feel comfortable in and can call theirs for the duration of their stay, at an affordable price.
The house is close to all attractions including the beach, leisure centre, fun fair, amusements, harbour, Spa Theatre, bus station, large range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The houses on Blackburn Avenue are Edwardian, being built in the early 1900s.
