Luxury one bedroom self catering apartment within easy walking distance to Ventnor Esplanade and beach, and yards from the High Street. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Ventnor is a Victorian seaside town and one of the sunniest locations on the Island. Over the past few years it has very much become a chic resort with a wide variety of restaurants and wine bars, but still retains it's charm. The beach is a mixture of sand and shingle and good for swimming, sunbathing and walking. Pubs and cafés run along the promenade, with locally caught sea food being a speciality. Within the flat itself:- Bedroom : sleeps 2 (king size double) with ensuite shower room with low level WC. Fully equipped contemporary kitchen including gas hob, oven & extractor, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, kettle and iron. The sofa bed can sleep 1 adult or 2 young children (4ft single) sharing ensuite shower room. Dining suite. Smart 4K Ultra HD Flat screen TV with integrated Freesat. Complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating and electricity included. Bedding, linen and towels provided. Hairdryer. Highchair and Travel Cot available upon request. **If you are planning a visit between 1st July 2024 and 31st August 2024 please message the owner prior to booking to discuss the works happening to the building façade during this time**
Ventnor is a Victorian seaside town, situated on the southern side of the Isle of Wight, right in the heart of the famed 'Undercliff', much of which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With a wide range of local shops and restaurants & miles of coastal walks, it is ideally located as a base for an Island holiday. "the prettiest place I ever saw in my life, at home or abroad" Charles Dickens Hambrough Road is located just yards from Ventnor High Street, and a very short walk to Ventnor Esplanade and the Beach. The Island itself has so much to offer; from historic sites and dramatic coastlines, to waterspouts and other activities paired with a fantastic selection of places to eat and drink, there's something on offer for all the family.
