Exceptional location: • 4 min walk to Penny Lane • 2 min walk to Sefton Park • 5 min taxi to the Centre • 20 min walk to the Bohemian Hub of Lark lane that boasts great restaurants • 15 min walk to Smithdown Road, home to the tastiest Beers Old Victorian building/ stylish modern interior design. All beds & furniture are brand new
You will have all the help you need! I only live around the corner 😅
The Neighbourhood is truly exceptional from anything you might find in the city: • 4 min walk to Penny lane. The iconic street made famous by the Beatles. • 2 min walk to Sefton Park. Voted one of the most beautiful parks in Europe. • 15 min walk (through the park) to the bohemian Lark Lane, filled top to bottom with stylish bars and restaurants. You may find yourself here a lot, I know I do 😅 • Train stations and bus stops to the centre are all on your doorstep. • 15 min walk to Smithdown Road, a famous street in liverpool known for its nightlife and great Beer! Best location in liverpool! Getting around is so easy! Train stations and bus stops to anywhere you might want to go are all on your doorstep. Plenty of parking, enough for 3 cars.
