A modern home that sleeps 4 and the perfect base to explore, Durham & the surroundings areas in the North East. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Guests can enjoy this entire spacious home. The living room is flooded with natural light making the space lovely & bright. The room is home to a comfy corner sofa and a smart TV to kick back and unwind in front of after a busy day. The room has double patio doors leading into the garden. Our place has a new fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. You can make use of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The kitchen is home to a dining table that fits 5 and an ideal place to enjoy your home cooked meals. There is a convenient downstairs WC. Up the stairs you will find 3 tranquil bedrooms. Two bedrooms are home to a roomy double beds with space for your belongings. All beds have plush bedding & room darkening shades to ensure you have a great night sleep. The third bedroom has been turned into a tranquil work space. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin & WC. You can enjoy free WiFi while staying in our home. There is free parking to the front.
