    Helen and Christian are friendly and informative hosts. The standard of their annexe is excellent. It is perfectly placed to walk into Lymington. There is a little Morrisons, a chinese, an indian and a fish & chip shop 1 minute walk away.

No. 51 is a great space for couples, friends or single travellers. Situated in the Fox Pond area of Lymington the property is only a 10 minute walk away from Lymington High Street. For convenience there are shops and great selection of take away's literally on the doorstep. Having recently undergone a little refurb the place is fresh and clean and is an ideal base to explore the local area. No.51 is a self-contained annex for up to 2 people, it's attached to the owners property. The space is completely independent with its own separate entrance. It has everything you need for a few nights away or longer. There is a courtyard garden and free parking on-site.
A little bit about me. I will assist with your enquiry, answer your questions, oversee your booking and ensure that you have a wonderful time making memories in this beautiful area. As a life-long Lymington resident who's worked in local property for over 3 decades so you can be assured that I know (almost) everything there is to know about the area. I love this region. We are truly blessed to have the stunning New Forest on one side and the striking Solent coastline on the other, with the area being peppered with charming villages along the way. Like you, I appreciate great food, beautiful surroundings and a little ‘local knowledge’ on hidden gems. No.51 is attached to my home which I share with my husband Crispin, our daughter Rosie and our 2 Cockapoo's Sonny and Peggy.
The local area is fantastic with so much to explore. The Georgian High Street of Lymington is only a 10-15 minute walk away, there's a great charter market on a Saturday. There's also Lymington Town Quay to enjoy an ice cream and lots of beautiful walks around the sea wall and coastline. Lymington is ideally located with the beach at Milford on Sea onside and the stunning New Forest National Park on the other. There are many local attractions to suit everyone Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens. A little further afield there is the stunning area of Hengisbury Head as well as the New Forest villages and walks.
