Well placed for both business and pleasure this 3 bedroom semi-detached house provides a light, bright, modern space right in the heart of Doncaster. The House sleeps up to six and comprises of: Bedroom 1; king sized bed (twin on request) with en-suite bathroom (step up shower); bedroom 2: twin (or king on request); bedroom 3; king (twin on request), family bathroom (shower over bath); fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge freezer; dining area seating six and a comfortably furnished lounge with Smart TV. Full fibre broadband gives high speed internet access. Towels and linen are also provided. On site parking is available on the driveway as well as on street. Dogs are not permitted. High chair/travel cot are not available. For the business visitor, No203 is within a five minute drive of hospital, college and the business district of Doncaster. Doncaster station with nationwide connections is under 10 minutes in a taxi and the A1 & A60 accessible in roughly 10 minutes by car, with the M1 in under 25 minutes making this an excellent location from which to explore the area.
