*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10PM and 8AM.
*E Bikes/Scooters are not permitted to be charged or stored on any part of the premises.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - We require completion of our reservation form which includes:
Agreement to our T&C'S
Provision of government issued photo ID - Booker must be 21 years or over.
A card pre-authorisation of GBP 250.00 (for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&C's)
We will not charge an amount from the GBP 250.00, unless upon check-out there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
**Any late check-outs are chargeable at our discretion.**
PLEASE NOTE:
If you require early access, this must be arranged prior to arrival. We cannot allow your belongings to be left at the property until our cleaning team have vacated the building.
If Nomi Homes LLP requires access to the property throughout your stay, we will ensure someone from your party is present, unless it's an emergency or prior agreement by you.

STUNNING Grade 2 listed building in the grounds of Heavitree Park, Exeter. This grand three bedroom mid terrace town house is set over 3 stories.
Ground Floor - One bedroom is located on the ground floor (twin room) & WC.
Middle Floor - Fully equipped large kitchen/dinner area and separate living room & one bathroom. The living area includes sofa beds for extra guests.
Top Floor - There are a further two bedrooms on the top floor, one double room and one twin room.
There is a fully enclosed private back yard (a little sun trap) to sit back and relax in.
This house has a lovely communal area, perfect for a relaxing time.
We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners.
PARKING - There is one allocated car parking space in the car park at the rear of Otis House (access under archway to the left of the front of the property) and a space directly in front of the house, that can be used to park a small car.
(The space at the front of the property is very narrow, with walls on either side, guests are welcome to use this space but It must be at their own risk).
Visitors parking is available at Heavitree Park, this works on a first come, first served basis.
*Well behaved PETS are welcome upon request.
Our pet fee is GBP 50.00 to cover general wear and tear and extra cleaning. This does not cover the cost of damage caused by your pet - please contact us with details of any pets before arrival.
A separate invoice can be raised for any extra charges, kindly forward an email address for details.
*Extra guests GBP 15 per person/per night
Access is via a KEY CODE LOCK BOX - located by the front door.
The ACCESS CODE is issued by email 2 HOURS prior to your agreed check-in time.
Guests have access to the whole house. The outside storage is locked for the owner's use.

Otis House is terraced property, which is set in beautiful grounds of a QUIET residential area, we do ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially between the hours of 10pm - 8pm.
Heavitree is a historic village and lies on one of the most convenient routes from the city centre to the northbound M5 motorway and eastbound A30 trunk road. Its main thoroughfare is Fore Street, with a post office, shops, cafes, pubs and a petrol station.
Heavitree Pleasure Ground includes a children's playground, splash pool, basketball court and tennis courts.
