We are proud to offer our North Parade Holiday apartment, privately located to the rear of our 5 bedroom home at 35 Sea View Road, Skegness PE25 1BS with free parking for 1 car, conveniently located less than 3min to the North Parade beach with no main roads to cross & close to the centre of Skegness. Our apartment has a large new patio area with furniture & potted plants, new secure gated fencing with cctv to the rear entrance, you'll have your own secure private access too. The apartment has recently been renovated & nicely decorated with lovely furnishings to a high standard, includes 2 Smart televisions with free Netflix and wi-fi access, new fitted shower and toilet rooms and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, slow-cooker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, new Worcester boiler central heating and hot water system that also feeds the shower. Plus all pots and cutlery etc. It includes a double bedroom & a large sofa pull out double bed in the lounge, all includes fresh bedding for 4 guests, plus a travel cot if required, so a potential of 5 guests if including a baby. We require an eighty pound refundable insurance bond preferred by bank transfer before check-in, we can text you our bank transfer details for this after you booked, this eighty pound bond will be returned via bank transfer to your bank account after you've departed & we've completed our own checks & changeovers etc after your stay, all we ask as on our terms and conditions displayed in our apartment is if you please leave our self catering apartment clean & tidy with no damages as we personally leave for our guests, to receive your safe bond return in full, usually the same day (upto 7 days if we're away). We couldnt of moved to a better place in Skegness in our view, our location is spot on being just a few minutes walk away to Skegness pier and clock tower yet only 3min to our North Parade beach. We are privileged to have a great locally famous SeaView Fisheries chip shop and cafe just opposite our front of house entrance, plus lots of nearby international take-aways that do delivery. There's a Co-op and small Asda supermarket plus a handy laundrette just down the road. Your minutes away from the main strip with bars, restaurants, arcades, the Skegness Pier and all that Skegness has to offer. The neighbours around our apartment are very friendly too so no unexpected loud noise or music etc at unsociable hours. So overall we are glad we made the move from Derby in July 2021, all our guests love it for the location and many re book with us. We are proud to offer our hosting skills as we've holiday let our 5 static caravans for 15yrs at the former Richmond Holiday Centre that was here in Skegness, hosting 97 families per season! Unfortunately we was put in a position to sell them up due to a takeover in Nov 2023.
