Located 500 meters from Brunstane Train Station, you will find Number 70. Where a 9 minute train journey has you in the heart of Edinburgh, Waverley Station.
Excellent bus service runs from the top of the road to all areas of Edinburgh.
Number 70 is a peaceful, family friendly area located a close walk (approx 15 mins) to Portobello seaside - where you can enjoy an abundance of bars, restaurants and cafes close by.

The estate is very quiet and has no exit option when you come down the road. This means that there’s no through traffic - the only cars that come into the estate are visitors or people who live in the estate.
Close proximity to the beach, The Fort Shopping Centre is 5 minute drive and Asda supermarket a 2 minute drive. We also have some lovely walks close by.
