A bright modern family home. It is heated year round by air source heat pump. The house is always at 20* and there is ample hot water. The kitchen is equipped with an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Everything you need to cater for yourself is provided. It has 2 gardens and parking to the front. Please only use the third parking bay in front of the path leading to gate.
It is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. The neighbours are very friendly. It is within walking distance of many local attractions, shops, take aways, a pharmacy, a laundrette and a pub. Banavie train station is just a 5 minute walk away.
