When you visit and stay at one of our properties, you will immediately recognise the planning and strategy in place at the start of our journey; our branding is guest oriented and the apartments are not residential-owner-temporary-lets. The branding strategy sets our apartments within the 5* boutique hotel market. Our interior design follows a streamlined and minimalistic trend, but, at their core, they feel like a home from home aiming at offering an unique experience. Over the two years we have been open, we have hosted over 1000 guests from all over the world including sports’ stars and celebrities.

There are 2 apartments at Old Market Place. The building is located in the town’s conservation area. The building is in the centre of the town and Altrincham’s hallmark locations are all within walking distance. Old Market Place was once the centre to a bustling town and is, to this date, the backdrop of nostalgia to the new and re-invented Market Street with its thriving, sought after and quaint offering of bars, restaurants, artisan shops and cafes. There is one parking space per apartment, located at the Stamford Quarter car park. If you are exploring, then the transport network is extremely accessible. There is a main bus, tram and train station (Altrincham Interchange) within 4 minutes walk of the property, reaching Manchester city centre in 20 mins, Old Trafford & The Etihad within 30. Ideal for weekly/monthly stays, corporate travellers, and weekend getaways. The furnishings and fittings are exceptionally high specification and there is Netflix as standard with a strong dedicated Wi-Fi facility. These are self contained apartments with style and comfort at its core.

Neighbourhood information

We are within walking distance of Altrincham Market, a thriving award winning collection of artisan shops, bars and restaurants. Altrincham has been nominated the official ‘best places to live’ in the UK for the fifth year running by The Sunday Times (2022) and enjoys wonderful schooling for both primary and secondary education. The main household name supermarkets are available within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk radius, and a 15 minute walk to the tram station will have you in Manchester City Centre in 35 minutes, with trams offering trips at a 12 minute interval. We regularly welcome guests from all over the world coming to enjoy football matches at Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadium, both of which are a short tram ride away; other events make a visit worthwhile, too, such as the Manchester 10K marathon, cricket games at Lancashire Cricket Club and the great line up of concerts at Manchester’s nationwide known, first class venues and locations, each year. Altrincham offers the ideal location and facilities for a weekend break away; one day is not enough to explore all it has available.
