VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ; The entrance to Orchard Hill House is up an inclined concrete path of 61.5 metres (200ft) long which includes 3 flights of steps at the bottom. The entrance path has handrails all the way. There are 7 additional wide lower steps once you enter the garden leading to the door of the apartment, the description sounds worse than it is but we feel must make you aware of this as if you have a disability & struggle with climbing steps or up walking up inclined paths then you may wish to consider another apartment on the level, but once you make it up here you’ll realise the benefit of choosing this unique apartment, it's well worth the walk for the benefits that greet you, privacy and stunning panoramic views of Paignton town & Torbay adds to the enjoyment of this very unique apartment.
