This is a lovely 200 year old cottage with stable front door which opens up in to a large open plan sitting and dining room area. Through the lounge area is a door to the big kitchen with a small breakfast bar, and glass doors to the garden area. Over the dining area the staircase is visable, and behind this the large bathroom with show about bath. There is also a utility cupboard with washing machine. Upstairs are the two double rooms, the main room has double glass doors opening up to the rooftop terrace which has a staircase leading to the lower garden. Both rooms have a standard double bed.
I have been a host for a year now. I am thoroughly enjoying providing a comfortable homely place for people to relax after enjoying the many things to do locally.
We are in a quiet village half way down a single lane road. The villages has two dog friendly pubs with in walking distance and a very well stocked local shop and post office. There is a lovely stream for dog walking about five mins from the house. The village is central to many of the best sights of Dorset.
