This Edwardian guest house is set back from the main road, looking out over the lovely Torwood Gardens. It has free WiFi. Most rooms have views of Torwood Gardens. The Palms Guest house has free access to a computer with internet. The Palms Guest house is 500 metres from Torquay harbour, the beach, shops and entertainment. The palms guest house is very close to the town center. There are two main pay and display car park is closed to the palms guest house. Meadfoot road car park and Harbour car park in Museum Road. Pay parking is also available in front of the Palms Guest house .which is always free from 6pm to 8am and sunday free all day.
