Parc Y Deri, a large, detached house, has a kitchen/diner, utility, three sitting rooms, a games room, a first-floor games room, and a bar/extra room. Appliances include an electric AGA range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, Smart TV, two TVs, a pool table, table football, and dart board, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of four king-sizes, one with en-suite shower, a double, and a family room with a double and a single, serviced by a bathroom and wet room. Outside, there is an enclosed surrounding garden with lawn, patio, and hot tub, along with ample off-road parking. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Bring your loved ones to make memories in Wales at Parc Y Deri. With its name meaning 'the mouth of the river Ystwyth' and set on the west coast of Wales, it offers an abundance of beautiful waters, perfect for watersports or a simple stroll along the Victorian promenade on a summer's day. The scenic 20-mile cycle route and footpath on the Ystwyth Trail, linking Aberystwyth to Tregaron, follows a wonderful woodland and river.
