We refurbished this 2010 caravan with CH and double glazing. Its an idyllic, peaceful spot set in a field with our milking herd (March to Oct)and pony( on occasions). It's in close proximity to our 6 berth caravan , so space for up to 12 guests. It is set on its own behind our house and has some beautiful views. It is 10-15 minutes to the beaches of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. Its a very comfortable and spacious, 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Family friendly-travel cot, high chair available

I am a primary teacher and my husband James is a farmer and retained fire fighter. We have 6 children-13, 11, 8, 3 and 1. We love animals especially our pony, dogs and geese. We like to make the most of living in a beautiful part of the countryside. We love good food, walks and love spending time at the beach. We also do a lot of fundraising, especially for childhood cancer and love being part of the local community. We live in the house below- I am available by phone or I am home a lot of the time to answer questions and give recommendations. Otherwise we will give you a peaceful holiday!

We live on the edge of Colyton in an AOB. Its a short walk into town. There are dogs and animals within the farm too
