Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located and well presented second floor flat in the heart of BEAUTIFUL EASTBOURNE. The town centre and the train station are 5 minutes walk and the sea front is just a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The flat directly overlooks a lovely park and it's situated in the quiet part of Central Eastbourne. Please be rest assured that the apartment will be occupied entirely by the guest and their party.

The best part of spending time in this flat is the quietness of the neighbourhood but yet very close to the lively town centre and the sea front with the added benefit of being 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Whether by car, bike, bus, taxis or train, there is always easy routes to get from A to B with little stress. All public transports are quite frequent and there are tour buses should you wish to explore Sussex coastline further.
