There’s a museum of Nidderdale life, a playhouse and events at the Memorial Hall that you can join in. A bandstand hosts the occasional concert, bowls are played regularly and the walks are superb. Venture further afield (not far!) to the spa town of Harrogate, the World Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey or go boating on the River Nidd in Knaresborough. Closer to your holiday home is a petrol station and Dales Market Corner for your day to day needs. It’s the perfect location!
