It's also close to the A5 Shrewsbury bypass, giving easy access to the rest of the county and perfectly located for access to Shrewsbury town. A great place for families, friends or work colleagues seeking a spacious home in a peaceful neighbourhood. This spacious property includes a lounge area that can comfortably seat 5, with SMART TV.  (Please be aware that our Smart TV is internet and app-based and not terrestrial TV) From the lounge is a dining area to sit 6 and then into the fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities you need - fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a convenient downstairs toilet located off the hall. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed, along with an ensuite shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, lots of storage and the third has a cosy single bed. There is also a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath. For guests needing to work or study, there is a dedicated room with a desk and chair. Outside, the property offers parking for two cars on the drive. This home is designed for functionality, whether you're here for business or leisure.

The house is located on a quiet residential street and is within easy reach of the hospital and Shrewsbury town centre. There is a regular bus service to both a 2-minute walk from the house. We have a local Co-op, pubs and takeaways all within a 5-minute walk. Radbrook quarry is not far and is great for an afternoon stroll.
