It is a short 10 minute walk into the City Centre and local colleges surrounding the property, via a scenic walking path along the River Cam. Across the road is Lammas Land, a scenic open space with kids playground and a wading pool, and from here a short walk to Cambridge University botanical gardens . It is a short walk (3mins) to a local coffee shop, restaurants and local pub, and less than 10 minutes drive to Cambridge train station.
