Relax in this beautifully decorated stable conversion. Foodies will love the great gastro pubs and restaurants within walking distance in the village and you are close to the South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour AONB and attractions such as West Dean Gardens, the beaches at the Witterings and the world famous Goodwood Estate with it's horse and motor racing events. This charming stable conversion offers cosy accommodation with two bedrooms, both with luxury king beds and en-suite shower rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious and is open plan with the sitting room and dining area. A large bi-fold door fully opens with views of the the meadow beyond! Retire to the comfortable sofas after dinner for a relaxing movie or just a catch up chat with your friends and family. Outside is a small patio area with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sundowner whilst you listen to the birds or why not have a picnic in the charming wild flower meadow, with plenty of space for children and dogs to play. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
