This two bedroom, newly refurbished apartment is a close walk to the town centre. It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this comfortable and well thought-out home. The property combines a contemporary design aesthetic with the latest in green technology. Its eco credentials include a sedum natural-plant roof, effective solar panels and an efficient heat pump. Wherever possible, we have used sustainably sourced and locally produced furnishings. Enjoy your visit to The Cube knowing that you are minimising your impact on the environment. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests (one king bedroom and a twin bedroom (can also be made up as a king on request). It is located less than a mile from the centre of Chichester, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. 'Please note the parking space is not suitable for large commercial vehicles.'

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is close to the centre of Chichester, a Roman market town with many restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Chichester is part of Chichester Harbour with its pretty harbour villages of Bosham, Birdham, Itchenor, Dell Quay and Emsworth. It is close to the South Downs National Park and West Wittering Beach. Chichester centre is a 15 minute walk away and popular local attractions are the Cathedral where you may be lucky and spot the famous peregrine falcons which nest there, the Novium Museum and Pallant House Gallery. You can walk around the entire city centre on the Walls Walk, which you can join from many points in the town, but from the apartment, join at the East Walls and follow it around Priory Park to the North Walls around to the beautiful Bishops Palace Gardens behind the cathedral. It is also a great base to explore the nearby Fishbourne Roman Palace with its mosaics, as well as Goodwood, famous for its horse and motor racing. Beautiful walks are on offer in the nearby South Downs National Park and West Wittering beach is just 15 minutes drive away.
