With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off road parking for up to 4 cars. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 8, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden. The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen features two fridge freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. The dining table, which seats 8, also has patio doors that lead out to the garden. The ground floor also has a double bedroom with a king sized bed in it and a modern shower room just next door. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom: Bedroom 1 boasts a super king bed with a luxurious 'duel-mattress' ; firm on one side and soft on the other. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have zip-and-link king-size beds that can be made into singles if required. Smaller, bedroom 5 features a double bed. All bedrooms include wardrobes for hanging and storing your clothes. The modern family bathroom upstairs offers a bath with a shower over. Outside, the quiet and private rear garden includes a dining table with seating for 8, a patio, and a lawned area. The front drive provides parking for up to 4 cars. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is quiet and peaceful yet offers easy access to nearby attractions, including Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with its restaurants, bars, and shopping. Cheltenham is at the heart of The Cotswolds, with all its popular tourist destinations just a short drive away.
