Our caravan is an old caravan but it is clean and comfortable and spacias. Sleeps 8, there are 3 bedrooms and a pullout bed in the lounge. You have to take your own duvet covers, pillow slips and sheets, towels, toiletries, and toilet roll. There is no tea and coffee, you have to take your own food and drink. No smoking, no pets. No smoking on the veranda. Parking if it is dry you can park at the van, if it's wet there are parking spaces. On check out you must clean the van and make sure its clean and tidy, all curtains should be neat and windows closed. Once you check out and the van is checked I will refund the deposit providing it is left clean with no damage. You will need to supply your bank details. Any concerns are complaints, you should contact me directly so that I can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
