Company information

Myself (Stephanie ) and my husband Harry love our home turf of Somerset. We were both born and raised within the Somerset hills , and love to share our love of the countryside with our guests. You get a taste of what it's like to live in this beautiful area . On weekends we love hiking across all the gorgeous hills with our golden retriever Watson and our baby boy Bertie. Harry plays in a local country band which has played frequently at the local cider barn located 5 mins from the Glamping site. We have spent many nights camping at our site ourselves and hope you enjoy the peace , views and romance as much as we do .

Peak view is one of four glamping pitches at the magnificent Paddocks Glamping. A retired strawberry farm situated on the southside of the Mendip Hills in an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. Boasting incredible views over the Somerset levels and an abundance of stunning walks and wildlife, The Paddocks is a perfect spot for a quiet, romantic country side experience. Nyland View is situated on a raised decking which enhances the incredible views with everything you need for a perfect weekend glamping. Closest pitch to amenities. Neighbourhood information

The Paddocks Glamping is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the centre of Cheddar , where you can find great pubs, cafes and restaurants. You have a great choice of Italian, Thai , Indian & Greek restaurants or just a good old fashioned pub meal. Just a 5 minute walk from the site is The Cider barn where they have live music on Wednesdays and Sundays , they also serve great pizzas and very tasty chilli ! We have plenty of recommendations for you when you arrive.
