The open-plan living area is perfect for socialising, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining space, and a comfortable sitting area with an open fire. French doors open to a patio terrace with beautiful estuary views. The property also includes modern amenities like underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a 50” Smart TV with Sky Sports, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Outside, enjoy gravelled gardens, lawned areas, terraces, and BBQ facilities, along with off-road parking for up to 6 cars. Penarvon House is pet-friendly, allowing one well-behaved dog (with additional dogs allowed for a small fee). It’s just a short walk from Helford village, with its charming store and the Shipwrights Arms pub. The location offers easy access to scenic walks, beaches, and local attractions. Hello, I am very excited about welcoming you to Helford given it is my sanctuary. It's a truly magical part of England. Whether melting into the sofas appreciating the view or filling days with activities on the water it is a very special place. My family and I love to travel, explore new areas but equally take every opportunity to be in Helford. My children fill their days with sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking ,rowing, swimming, rock jumping, tennis, badminton and so much more whilst I adore a peaceful walk along Frenchman's creek with my jack russell.

Helford is all about escaping the fast pace of life, taking time to pause and appreciate coastal beauty. There are numerous picturesque walks along creeks, cliffs and to beaches. There is an atmospheric pub called the Shipwrights in the village which often has live music and is on the water enabling children to play on the beach below. Helford boasts a delightful village shop catering for all guests needs. For the more energetic you can hire motor or sailing boats, kayaks & lifejackets from Sailaway in St Anthony. A ferry runs across the river to the fabulous Ferryboat Inn which offers a lively atmosphere, great pub grub and a sandy beach.
