A spacious top floor Apartment with 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom has an ensuite shower. Bedroom 1 also has a Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds which can be joined together to form a large double if required. Parking available on request (Chargable) superb views over Swansea, Swansea Marina and just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Bars and Restaurants and within a 10 minute walk to Swansea Arena.

We have owned this property from new and do all we can to ensure that the property is maintained to high standard. We use this Apartment ourselves.

Quiet and calm is how i would describe the are area. Minutes from the beach, Marina and within walking distance to the town centre making this the ideal location for all your holiday needs.
