Property information

Our Curzon House apartments are located in The Saints District of Ipswich which is centred around the Wolsey Statue in St Peters Street where you will find an exciting mix of cafes, independent shops and local businesses. It’s perfectly located between the main town centre and the popular Waterfront area and is a short walk away from the main business district. Each apartment comes with an allocated parking space in the gated car park to the rear of the property. There is a lift to all floors.
