An absolutely beautiful top floor flat, in the ever popular Kemptown area of Brighton. This property has stunning panoramic sea views from both the living room and large double bedroom as it is directly on the front. The flat is spacious, warm and bright. The 200 year old house has lots of original features and is as quirky as the locals.
This property does not have a lift. The flat is only accessable by stairs. There are 7 flights of stairs to this property.

The beach is 100m from the house,
Brighton town centre is a 15min walk from the house but Kemptown village has cafes, bars and shops and is a few minutes walk away. Opposite the house is the new Bison outdoor bar as well as the Yellowave beach volleyball. Other facilities on the beach this end of town include outdoor yoga, sauna pods and mini golf.
