Pier12 is a newly renovated Victorian building to include 12 self catering apartments. All have been decorated to a high standard, clean and modern. We have equipped each apartment with things we think you will need during your stay. We welcomed our first guests Easter 2019 and had "exceptional" reviews.

For many, Eastbourne conjures memories of a traditional British day out at the seaside - but there’s so much more to see and do than fish & chips in a deckchair and a stick of rock to take home from the Pier. Five theatres, the ‘busiest Bandstand in Britain’, an award-winning contemporary art gallery, a 200-year-old fortress and so much more. Eastbourne’s galleries, museums and theatres ensure there is always something to see and do. We’re a quick 10-minute walk from Eastbourne Train Station. Alternatively, take a short ride in one of the waiting taxis at the station. Parking on Elms Avenue is subject to council restrictions, so please refer to local road signs to avoid penalty charges.
