The apartment is split over two levels and decorated to a high standard. You enter on the upper level into the hallway which opens to the lower level kitchen/diner with breakfast bar. The ceiling height is approximately 4 meters on the lower level which creates a vast open, bright space. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, 2 ovens, microwave, built in fridge freezer & wine fridge. You will find ample quality cooking equipment provided. The living room is on the lower level, you access it from the kitchen. There is a view down Rosemount viaduct towards the city centre. The space also features the high ceilings. It is a large space with ample seating. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall. The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is generous in size. It features 2 floor to ceiling windows. There is a double bed, large wardrobes and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. There is an ensuite bathroom, which has a full size shower. The second bedroom looks out onto the rear of the property. It has a double bed, large wardrobes and a small TV. The main bathroom is off the upper hall. It has a shower and a deep bath to relax in.
My name is Christina Anderson and I've recently started a new business in Aberdeen called Pineapple Apartments. I am married to a wonderful man called Richie and we have 2 small boys age 4 and 6. I currently work for M&S having worked for them for 20years!! (So you will find most of the contents of the apartment has been bought from M&S.) We renovated the property and stayed in it for about 10 years before having our children and moving out of the city. If you have any special requests for your trip that you would like to be placed in the apartment before arrival please let me know? No request is to BIG! I work with local suppliers and can organise flowers, balloons, food or anything else you may require making your trip memorable and run smoothly. Payment for special requests can be made prior to arrival by bank transfer. I will be available by phone, text and email during your stay at my apartment. I look forward to welcoming you to Aberdeen. Rosemount is a vibrant area of the city. The apartment is in a fabulous location only 8 min walk into the city centre and a 25 min walk to the beach. Rosemount itself has a wealth of amenities, restaurants, Coffee Shops, bars, takeaways, Sainsburys local, cheese mongers, sweet shop, butchers, Ice-cream shop and Chemist. There are also 2 parks within walking distance, the Westburn and Victoria Parks. His Majesties Theatre is only 8 min walk making it an ideal location for a theatre weekend.
