We started with only 2 properties 30 years ago and have grown over the years to become one of the largest independent holiday let companies covering St Andrews and the East Neuk, with over 50 lovely properties to let. We offer some of the most desirable accommodation in the area and unrivalled flexibility and service.

An ideal base for groups of up to 4 guests just a short walk from the centre of St Andrews and East Sands beach.

There is a lockbox where keys are stored at the property. We will be in touch the weekend before your arrival date, with your check in details. ​Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm.
