    Such a lovely house with plenty of space. It was a short drive to St Andrews and Anstruther but also very easy to get to. Massive driveway for two cars made it easy to pack and unpack.

When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Short Stay St Andrews offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras. From a super early check in of 2pm to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your choice of property so you are ready to pop open the champagne on arrival.

Attractive, Spacious & Modern 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with garden, located a short drive from Kingsbarns Golf Club. Comfortably sleeps 6 in three double bedrooms. 2 mins walk into the village, 5 mins drive to Kingsbarns Golf Club, 5 mins to the beach. 15 mins drive to St Andrews and The Old Course. The property has its own entrance on the ground floor and ample free parking directly outside. The accommodation layout is as follows: Ground Floor - large lounge with dining table, kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 WC on this level. Access out to the rear garden via the living room French doors. First Floor - 1 bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, and 1 bedroom with king size bed. Large family bathroom with bath tub. Parking - space to park up to two vehicles on driveway in front of property. Rear garden. Please be aware that for security there is a Ring doorbell at the front of this property.

Kingsbarns is located 6 miles round the coast from St Andrews and has a wealth of attractions on its doorstep. Kingsbarns is famed for its world class golf course that sees the world’s best compete annually for the Dunhill Championships. The Cambo Estate and Fairmont Hotel are nearby so Kingsbarns is ideally placed for the coastal wedding venues. St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Everything in Kingsbarns is within walking distance, be it the local pub, café or indeed the golf links or distillery.
