Relax with the whole family at this luxury 4 bed house. Also suitable for groups of friends and Contractors. Situated 12 mins drive to City Centre, 5 minutes drive to Sutton Coldfield, 5 mins to A38, M6/J5 &J6 and M42. (close proximity to HS2 Construction sites making it ideal for Contractors working on this project. LIDL and a host of local shops are within 3 mins drive of this property. It’s located in a really quiet neighbourhood with plenty of free parking if you choose to drive.

The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus 67 bus stop is only 4 minutes walk away and goes straight to City Centre in 18 - 20 minutes. The property has parking for up to 2 small cars. Larger cars can park on the road. Guests should endeavour to park decently and not block or constitute any nuisance to neighbours vehicles.
