Very clean, romantic one-bedroom self-contained annexe, fully equipped as a home for short stays. Redecorated and refurnished in September 2024. with off-street parking available. Up to 2 medium-sized dogs are welcome. A workspace is provided with fast wifi and ethernet. Electric car charging is available on-site at 40p per kwh. Superchargers are available 300m meters away. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice, close to woodlands. 4-minutes walk from Plympton Ridgeway with many pubs, shops and restaurants accessible. It is not suitable for young children due to the fast-flowing stream running through the garden.

Semi-retired IT consultant. Attention to detail is very important to me. I am resident next door, so can easily assist with any issues. I work from home, so most often in the house. You will have your privacy but I am often pottering in the garden.

On the edge of Plympton St Maurice, a few minutes walk from shops, pubs and restaurants
