Welcome to our family owned prestige static modern caravan with decking. Enjoy morning coffee and relax in our decking. You will be welcomed with welcome drinks and welcome basket. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, central heating and glazed windows. Master bedroom and kids bedroom have flat screen TV for your comfort and ease. Our caravan is located in a nice and sunny part of Seton Sands Holliday Village perfect for golfers, families with children and walkers. It also has its own parking space. Play parks and main buildings are only few minutes walk. Our park has its own golf course and bus number 26 takes you directly to Edinburgh. Seton Sands rules do not allow construction workers or vans / noisy cars.

Our caravan is located in nice and sunny part of Haven’s Seton Sands Holiday Village across the road from a beautiful sandy beach. The park has its own shop , laundrette, swimming pool, restaurants, golf course and takeaway. We are short drive from Edinburgh and all privileges of it’s beautiful city centre.
