Private self-contained annex in period property comprising double bedroom with queen-sized bed and seating area, a separate kitchen-diner with quiet workspace, and a bathroom with power shower. Dedicated entrance with lockbox for keys. Short walk from Raynes Park Station, which is a 20-minute train ride to Waterloo Station and Central London. Buses direct to Kingston, Wimbledon and Clapham. Garden view, backing onto several acres of fields and woodland. Perfect base for business or sightseeing.
We live in a beautiful character property in Raynes Park, London, which has a funny claim to fame - it was displayed in the 1902 Ideal Homes Show! We have a private, self-contained annex that we love to share with people so that they can enjoy our beautiful city too!
Beautiful suburb of Southwest London, close to Wimbledon and its famous international tennis competition. Great restaurants, great shopping, great parks and woodlands to explore. All of this on our doorstep and just a 20-minute train ride away from exploring the whole of Central London. Free parking on the roads around the property. Near to the train station into Central London, and served by buses to the whole of Southwest London.
