The property is a self-contained annexe attached to Old Mill House, dating back to the 1830s.
Approached at the end of a private road, there is parking for several cars and electric vehicle charging (shared with owners, please advise us if you would like to use this). Behind the main house, a path and sunny courtyard lead you to your front door.

Steph and Mark live and work in South Norfolk with their two small children.
Your point of contact for the duration of your stay will be the owners, Steph and Mark, who live in the adjoining 19th Century mill house. They will be available to help with any issues or offer recommendations around the area if needed.
Situated at the end of a private road, this cosy property is minutes walk from local amenities including shops and pubs. The village of Pulham St Mary and its neighbouring village Pulham Market offer classic English village charm and plenty of walking opportunities. Head out on Angles Way and follow the Waveney River Valley for an idyllic countryside stroll or take a trip to the beautiful Suffolk coast or Norfolk Broads.
Nearby Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and gift shops.
Travelling by car is easiest due to our rural location but we are well connected throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Ample private off-street parking is available, as well as EV charging on request. The local country lanes are ideal for scenic cycling and we can offer storage for bikes if required.
The beautiful city of Norwich is around 15 miles to the north via the A140 and 10 miles to the south lies the bustling market town of Diss. Diss and Norwich stations offer direct trains to London Liverpool Street (90 minutes from Diss). Norwich International Airport is around a 45 minute drive.
