PRIVATE room with en-suite PRIVATE shower, in a cozy family home in London. Owner lives in the house with 2 small children. Cozy family home where you will have complete private en-suite room (with its own attached bathroom/shower) just for you. 12 mins walk to Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios!! Room is on the ground floor, so no steps to climb! FREE Ample Parking on the street! Fast 250GB Wifi. Use of shared kitchen, washer, dryer, dining room and patio. Located on a very quiet street with public transportation nearby. Private fridge and kettle in your room for personal use. NOTE: we have 2 small children in the house, so if you don't like children, please don't book.
Host lives in the house with 2 small kids and will be available during your stay. House Rules: • Please no shoes in the house. Since little fingers touch our floors, please leave your shoes at the front door!! Host has small kids in the house. • No smoking or drugs or unbooked visitors on the property. • No late-night visitors; • No Loud music or party please. Host has little kids in the home. • Late check in available. Self check-in with a keypad. • Luggage storage and drop-off available upon prior approval from the host.
