There are a mixture of 20 propertis boasting 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom penthouses. The 6 storey building with lifts was completed in 2024 and finished to a high standard with spacious bedroom(s), bathroom(s) and open plan living and kitchen area. All apartments have access to free wifi and a 50 inch smart TV where you can watch Nteflix, Prime TV etc... All apartments are fited with amodern kitchen containing the usual white goods: washer/dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. Free parking is offered with each apartment where you can park your vehicle in a gated secure area.

Quality City Green Apartments is located close to Birmingham Airport and is also ideal for visiting events at the NEC. The apartments are on the A45 providing a fast route to the City Centre of Birmingham. Tescos is literally accross the road and Aldi is also close by, meeting the needs of your every day shopping. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in walking distance to the development.
