Our house is situated in a quite Close just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bromsgrove.
Our lounge is homely with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and fast broadband. The kitchen is fully fitted, there is a dining table and chairs in the sun room which overlooks the back garden. There is a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with comfy beds and cosy bedding. The main bedroom has zip lock beds which can be set up as either a super-king or twin single beds. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
There is a parking space on site for a small to medium sized vehicle. We have parked a Kia Sportage on it but it was a bit of a squeeze. There is free parking available on the road.
A local convenience store and a large ASDA are within a 10 minute walk of the house.
My aim is to provide a comfortable base for your stay in Bromsgrove
Bromsgrove is a charming town in the picturesque countryside of Worcestershire providing easy access to lots of outdoor recreational amenities including Sanders Park, less than 1 mile away, which is a large park with children's play areas suitable for all ages, outside gym equipment, a skateboard park, a large pond and a brook flowing through it. Younger visitors may also enjoy Severn Valley Steam Railway, Cadbury World, or West Midlands Safari Park.
Other attractions for nature lovers are Upton Warren Nature Reserve which is famous for it’s brackish lake and Lickey Hills Country Park, both within 4 miles. Further afield The Malvern Hills provide stunning views to Wales in fine weather.
For those more into the local cultural heritage, the Artrix hosts exhibitions and live performances. Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings is well worth a visit. Hanbury Hall, Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwick Castle are all within easy reach.
Bromsgrove can also be a base from which to travel to Birmingham for events at the International Convention Centre, the Utilita Arena, Symphony Hall and the NEC or for those wanting to explore the city centre.
