The gas wood burner is only in use during the winter months as other heating provided. BBQ area to the rear, coal not provided.

Although located in a rural spot it is easily accessible to visit local land marks. 1066 Battle, Hastings old town, Beaches, Local riding schools and plenty of walks, cycling routes and a local village pub. Great space for adventures, retreats, business trips and time away with friends. Very secure off road parking suitable for trades. Own transport is essential as this property is in a rural location. Crowhurst station is approximately 2 miles and Battle 6 miles.
