Property information
Top floor centrally located apartment set over two floors with a large lounge/dining area and a Juliette balcony with views across Stratford. Recently refurbished with all modern amenities by the current owners. The apartment benefits from a small but charming private outside balcony. The property also includes a secure garage for a small/medium car or for easy storage of bikes, golf equipment, push chairs etc.
Neighbourhood information
There are so many wonderful places to walk and explore and this is the ideal location to enjoy Stratford and the surrounding areas.
The apartment is centrally located with parking and being only a short walk in to the town centre. In addition to the RSC theatre and Shakespeare properties there are many excellent restaurants and bars close by. Stratford-Upon-Avon also boasts an Everyman cinema and excellent pedestrianised area including many popular restaurants, bars and shops. The train station is within walking distance - approximately fifteen minutes - with services to Birmingham and Leamington etc. The coach station is within walking distance as are the stops for local bus services.
