Large modern house is minutes from Ricoh arena and motorway links in Coventry with it’s own private driveway with space for two cars and space on the pavement for a third car. Benefit from contact free check-in. Tesco Extra in the Ricoh Arena retail is only 2 minute drive away from the house. The house comprises three bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom. Two of spacious bedrooms have zip link beds that can be changed into either one king size bed or separated into two singles on request. The third bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and cooking essentials, a generous living room with a smart TV, two sofa-beds and an open plan dining area. Unwind in the lovely low maintenance back garden at the end of the day. N.B.
