Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! River View is a beautifully decorated, characterful three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse with stunning views overlooking the River Tweed in Berwick-upon-Tweed. This home is flooded with natural light and quirky interior design. It is the perfect family getaway to explore the Northumberland Coastline. Sitting on the original walls of Berwick-upon-Tweed, the home has been decorated and furnished to the highest of standards and features a full traditional Range Cooker, Smart TVs, free WIFI throughout, luxury linens and a parking permit provided for one vehicle. - Three Bedrooms - Two Bathrooms - Set Over Four Floors - Gorgeous Views Over The River Tweed - Smart TV’s with Netflix - Full Traditional Range Stove Cooker - Clawfoot Bathtub - Shared Enclosed Terraced Garden - Parking Permit Provided Lower Ground Floor: Entry into River View is from the back of the property, through a courtyard which his shared with its sister property, Cinnabar. Ground Floor: As you reach the ground floor, you'll find a grand hallway with a front door entrance that opens onto the historical walls and out onto views of the River Tweed. On this floor, the Kitchen and Dining Room are fully equipped with an Stoves Range Cooker, Nespresso Coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, air fryer and microwave. A dining table which will comfortably seat size guests. Across the hallway is the drawing room, which has a comfy sofa, armchair, a non-functioning fireplace with surround, smart TV with Netflix and a selection of DVDs to watch. First Floor: On the first floor, there is a cosy lounge which features two, three seater sofas, a non functioning feature fireplace with surround and a smart TV with Netflix. A second bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and a bathroom with a roll-top bathtub. Second Floor: The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Please note we do not accept pets.

Neighbourhood information

Outside: The courtyard outside is shared with our sister apartment Cinnabar, and access is shared through the big green gates, so please ensure these are not locked from the inside. You’re welcome to use the BBQ in the courtyard and enjoy Summer evenings outside. We do ask that you share the space considerately with the one bedroom apartment attached. Parking: A visitor parking permit is provided for one vehicle during your stay. It gives you free parking on the street outside of the green gate. We only ask that the parking permit be returned at the end of your stay for the next guests. If you have additional cars there’s a 24 hour free carpark a minute's walk away. The street itself is very quiet and peaceful. It's a one minute walk to the River, the Main Street and Bridge Street, which have some fantastic restaurants, shops and cafe's. We're a 10 minute walk to the beach via the historic walls that overlook the water. There are regular direct trains to Edinburgh from Berwick-upon-Tweed train station, a great day out with no hassle and a perfect opportunity to see this beautiful city, especially during Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Special Requests: We have a travel cot and highchair on site, please contact us before your trip to arrange the setup.
