About this Space Welcome to this beautifully designed, two-bedroom top-floor apartment located in a desirable, well-connected location of Maidstone, Kent, where you can walk along the river to central Maidstone in minutes! This apartment is situated within a stylish modern riverside development with its own shared private park for the kids, recreational areas and direct riverside access to the River Medway’s towpath walks. It’s also just 1 mile to Maidstone town centre and station. This newly refurbished flat also comes with private allocated parking and lots of free guest parking too. It has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge seating area with a brand-new smart TV with Netflix, streaming services, and super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. \ The two bedrooms (1 double Ensuite) and one single have double-glazing, brand-new beds, and up market mattresses for a great night sleep. There is a family bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower (within the bath). The apartment is also well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ironing facilities, electric oven and hob with fridge and separate freezer.
