Hi! We’re Sam and Rachel, Resident Managers and dedicated hosts at Butterwell Farm. We live here with our 3 children, 2 dachshunds, tortoise, 23 sheep and 30 chickens (numbers accurate at the time of writing!)
We took over at Butterwell Farm in 2014, an already established holiday business. Butterwell Farm in the Camel Valley is a unique and special location, which has been enjoyed across the generations for over 50 years. The number of returning guests year on year is testament to its wonderful charm and appeal.
We’re both great lovers of the outdoors and the natural environment. We’re passionate about protecting and preserving the magical place that Butterwell is for future generations to come, and sharing this special place with our guests. Butterwell Farm is an abundance of nature and wildlife.
Butterwell is a family run business and you will therefore feel immediately at home and relaxed in your environment. We are very proud of the reputation and consistent 5 star reviews we’ve built up since we arrived here.
Whether it’s a short break with friends, a romantic getaway or your annual family summer holiday, we can’t wait to welcome you all to Butterwell Farm and share our slice of Cornish heaven with you. We are always on hand to help and give great advice on things to do and places to visit in the area.
