The holiday apartment has an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite with built in shower, a bathroom with bath and shower, a spacious living/ dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an entrance hall. Fibre broadband is supplied free of charge. Guests can enjoy an extremely private and quiet stay in soundproof rooms with fire doors throughout.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers with vanity mirror, and two bedside tables with lamps. The duvet is tog 10.5 and an additional duvet (tog 5) can be attached for extra warmth. There is a blackout blind in addition to the curtains.
The en-suite has a shower cabinet with a built-in shower unit. There is a shaving point on the wall and a shower bidet. Toilet paper and hand soap are supplied. Two extra-large bath towels and hand towels are provided.
The second bedroom has two standard single beds, a bedside table with lamp and built-in wardrobe with hangers. The duvets are tog 10.5 and an additional duvet (tog 5) may be attached for extra warmth. There is a blackout blind in addition to the curtains.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg gas hob/ electric oven, Hotpoint washer/dryer, Indesit fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Bosch coffee maker. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses for four. Saucepans and frying pan with all necessary utensils. Cleaning materials (washing up liquid, dish sponge, cloth and kitchen cleaner) are also included.
Other facilities include an ironing board, steam iron, clothes drying rack and hair dryer.

Situated 70m from the beautiful River Ness, 200m from Eden Court Theatre and 800m from Inverness Castle, this ground floor apartment is set in a secluded residential location at the end of a cul-de-sac, with free designated parking at the front and additional free parking at the rear.
A ten-minute walk along the riverside, past the theatre and cathedral, takes you to the city centre in one direction and in the other direction there are parks, botanic gardens, crazy golf, an ice-rink, and a leisure centre with swimming pool. There is also a scenic walk through the islands across the Ness to the opposite side and then a short walk back to the nearby foot-bridge and back to the apartment. Belfield park, just across the foot-bridge, is beautifully laid out with tennis facilities, bike hire and a children's play area.
An excellent range of hotels, restaurants, cafes and pubs are all within easy walking distance, along the riverside or into the city centre.
There is a small supermarket 4 minutes walk behind Riverside Gardens and a Tesco supermarket 10 minutes walk away, near the main bridge which leads into the centre.
