Robbie’s Barn is a ground floor barn conversion situated in Fulready, Warwickshire. The cottage was recently modernized and has many ecologically friendly modifications including solar panels and ground source heat pump. It has many modern furnishings and features such as the underfloor heating. There is a living room with an open fire, and a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside had a terraced area with furniture provided and access to the surrounding fields. Guests are allowed to bring up to four well-behaved dogs. Ample off road parking is available. Robbie’s Barn is ideal for those with limited mobility and pet owners.

Fulready, Warwickshire is a short drive from the thriving village of Ettington. It has a lovely village pub serving wonderful home-cooked food as well as a village shop/Post Office, well stocked with local fresh produce. The village is recognised as both a Saxon and Roman settlement; the Fosse Way Roman road is close by, and many buildings date back to the 17th century. Ettington is just 6.5 miles south of the market town Stratford-upon-Avon, which dates back to medieval times, and is the home of William Shakespeare. The town boasts many historic buildings including Shakespeare's birthplace and Anne Hathaway's cottage, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, many traditional pubs, excellent restaurants and individual shops, as well as boat hire and cruises along the River Avon.
