The properties are next to each other but completely separate paths / gate entrances and with a walled garden between them so complete privacy for everyone. ( We can't see you and you can't see us ! )

Robins Nest is an ideal property for those who are looking for a secluded break away. It's based in beautiful Harpley and is ideal for those who love the countryside and want some luxury. It has everything you need including a private south facing patio where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or relax in your own hot tub. It's got everything you need inside too , with bi-folding doors that open on to the patio you can dine inside or out .There is a fully equipped kitchen( dishwasher, washer, fridge/freezer) with an Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee and a Weber BBQ for the those who want to cook outdoors. If you want don't want to cook then the Rose & Crown Pub in the village has won the coveted 2024 "Muddy Stilettos" Destination Pub Award. It's a10 minute walk away, the food is amazing and so is the welcome. (They are dog friendly too ! ) The "Nest" is super comfortable, you can relax in the living area , watch TV on the sofa or relax with the book. The bedroom offers a King Size bed with luxury cotton bed linen ( hairdryer, iron & ironing board) and the ensuite bathroom offers a walk in shower.

Robins Nest is in a beautiful village, ideal for those who want to explore Norfolk and want to be in walking distance of an award winning pub. There is plenty to see and do, with Peddars Way close by it's ideal for walkers , visit Houghton Hall or Bircham Windmill , Sandringham House is only a 15 minute drive away or if you fancy some "posh "shopping then Burnham Market is 25 minutes in the car and so are the beaches .
